Frequently asked questions
1. How does delivery work?

We offer two convenient delivery options depending on your preference:

Airport pickup:
We’ll meet you at the airport when you arrive. You’ll receive clear instructions in advance so you can easily find us.

Hotel / Airbnb delivery:
We deliver your Pocket WiFi to your hotel reception one day before your arrival, or to your Airbnb when someone is available to receive it.

2. How long does the battery last?

The device typically lasts around 4 hours of active use, depending on signal strength and the number of connected devices.

For all-day usage, we recommend adding a power bank, which can extend battery life up to 24 hours — ideal for long days out.

3. How many devices can I connect?

You can connect multiple devices at the same time, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets.

This makes it a great option for couples, families, or anyone working remotely who needs a stable connection across several devices.

4. Is the data unlimited?

Yes, your Pocket WiFi includes unlimited data under a fair use policy.

This means you can stay connected throughout your trip for browsing, navigation, social media, and video calls. Speeds may be adjusted after high usage, but you’ll remain connected at all times.

5. What areas are covered?

Our Pocket WiFi works across most major cities and popular destinations in Mexico, including Mexico City, Cancun, and Puerto Vallarta.

Coverage may vary in remote areas or places with weak cellular signal, just like any mobile network.

6. What happens if I have issues with the device?

If you experience any issues, our support team is available to assist you quickly.

We’ll help troubleshoot the problem and make sure you stay connected during your trip.

7. How do I return the device?

Return instructions will be provided depending on your delivery method.

Typically, you can return the device at the airport before departure or leave it at your hotel reception. We’ll guide you through the process to make it simple and hassle-free.

8. Is this better than using an eSIM?

Pocket WiFi is the best option if you need a stable connection for multiple devices, such as laptops or when traveling with others.

If you’re traveling alone and prefer a fully digital setup, an eSIM may be more convenient — but for reliability and shared use, Pocket WiFi is usually the better choice.
