At check in at my hotel, my package was there like stated and where I checked out of, they were able to accomodate me as well. the only reason for the 4 star, the signal is weak on the device. It was constantly going off and on. Besides that, I would totally recommend this service
Very good. A little instruction would be helpful, like How to turn on. Delivered to hotel. Have not returned yet, but don’t anticipate any issues. Good response from customer service. Have paid half in Japan. Connectivity no problems. Battery pack seems broken, but have alternative methods to charge. Wi-Fi is perfect for traveling. Must have item.
I've been coming to PV for 4 years now and have used Pocketwifi everytime, great service and they are always super responsive when I have an issue.
Affordable and easy ... the best way to get access to internet wherever you go in either Cancún or Mexico City.
The device worked very well, and the service - including communication and delivery - were very professional, friendly and proactive.
The experience was fantastic! Pocket Wifi was extremely helpful setting up and confirming all the pick up and drop off details. They were very accommodating and reliable with their service. A representative was quick to notify me on delivery and answered all my questions when setting up.
The Router always had signal even when I was in more remote places. I would strongly recommend this to service to anyone looking for a convenient way to have wifi in Mexico.
Worked exactly as expected; I have been supported on Whatsapp, which made everything easier! highly recommended
Pocket wifi was reliable and kept me connected as I moved around mexico city and its outskirts.
The pocket wifi is reliable for the basics such as sending messages and using GPS. However, if you intend to use more bandwidth this might not be the solution for you. The customer service I received and the ease of picking up/dropping off at the hotel was great!
So glad I booked with Pocket Wifi. Pick up at Cancun and drop off in Mexico City were both so convenient. David made sure things went smoothly and went out of his way to make sure someone would come to pick up the device before I headed to the airport on my last day. Highly recommend!

If you need WiFi in Mexico look no further. This is the perfect solution and we use it every trip to Cancun/Tulum. The entire experience from booking the device to pick up / return and reliability of the internet is all first class. Thank you!
Wifi itself is average, but all of staff are really perfect. They always tried their best even for us Japanese . Thank you.
excellent service and delivery!
Getting the device and returning was a bit tricky but Ana was very helpful. At first the device was hit/miss on connectivity but after a quick WhatsApp text to David, he got it going great! Overall the speeds were averaging about 35-45 Mbps which were more than enough for streaming, video conferencing, etc. I’d definitely use them again. I’m glad this is an option while in Mexico.
Customer service was astounding and David helped me get my Pocket Wifi up and running. Smooth process and helpful device while traveling :) Thank You!
Easy and fast drop-off and pick-up. Hotspot worked well and I would absolutely recommend.
Everything perfect
Great product and great service. It was delivered at the airport and it was easy to return at the front desk of my hotel. The wifi worked almost everywhere and was very helpful.
Great for connecting to Zoom meetings all day long. Wish I would’ve had more clarity about data limits. Highly recommended for working remotely.
Worked well for us to have the pocket Wifi for using Google maps to navigate our many activities in Mexico. My husband also needed wifi during our travels to coordinate some work and follow up with customers even though we were on vacation.
Wifi connection was good the 8 days I had the wifi hotspot
Only a one time where I could not connect.
Daybit the representative who was in touch with me the moment I made the order was able to fix it quickly.
I used mainly for work while in Mexico.
All in all worth the rental!
Worked well and pickup was easy. Will use again.
Excellent service and quality! I had to meet at the airport since my hotel was far and it was a very easy pick-up and drop off. Their communication was also outstanding. Highly recommend!
Perfect experience.
The router was great. It would give us Wifi connection in Mexico City and Puebla. My wife did done streaming which knocked the data out. Support was great and got us up again. We limited our streaming after that and had no other major issues. A minor issue was sometimes the router would lose connection. A simple restart fix that. Easier than getting a SIM and many people can use it at once.
We stayed in a remote area outside Mexico City for a work trip and needed some extra juice to be be able to get some work done while away. Pocket WiFi worked great for us - we were able to connect other devices, the speed was smooth and it was lightweight. I’d recommend booking this device for anyone traveling and needing some extra WiFi power.
I strongly encourage to rent a pocket wifi for this service as everything worked well throughout our vacation. I particularly appreciated the effort put in delivering the pocket wifi in-person.
Firstly, communication was fantastic. David was always responsive and helpful. The pickup and drop off was also very smooth. I was supposed to pick up the wifi at the airport and because there was a delay with my schedule, they were kind enough to drop it off at my hotel.
I booked the pocket wifi because I needed it for zoom calls and working remotely. Overall it worked very well! The speed was fast and it never cut off while I was working. It got a bit spotty while using it in a car but otherwise there were no issues!
This is a very trustworthy and reliable service, so I highly recommend it!
My hotel wifi went out and I needed something in a pinch to finish my final exams. I found this site on google got the device early after speaking to a representative via whatsapp. The price is super fair for the service provided, it was delivered directly to my hotel at the front desk. Super easy and hassle free highly recommend!
Good signal, good internet speed, pickup and drop-off in my hotel lobby made this smooth and I could stream all my shows easily.
