The device comes with a small 10cms (3 inches) USB cable so you can charge it with your laptop or your own USB wall charger.
Airport Pickups: We will be waiting for you at the airport holding a sign with your name. Airports available: Mexico City, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.
Hotels: We will ship your Pocket WiFi to the reception of your Hotel a couple of days before your arrival.
NOTE: This device has a battery good for around 4 hours of use and 300 hours in standby mode. You can optionally choose the Powerbank that lasts for 24 hours of battery (+$10USD).

Very good. A little instruction would be helpful, like How to turn on. Delivered to hotel. Have not returned yet, but don’t anticipate any issues. Good response from customer service. Have paid half in Japan. Connectivity no problems. Battery pack seems broken, but have alternative methods to charge. Wi-Fi is perfect for traveling. Must have item.

The experience was fantastic! Pocket Wifi was extremely helpful setting up and confirming all the pick up and drop off details. They were very accommodating and reliable with their service. A representative was quick to notify me on delivery and answered all my questions when setting up. The Router always had signal even when I was in more remote places. I would strongly recommend this to service to anyone looking for a convenient way to have wifi in Mexico.

The pocket wifi is reliable for the basics such as sending messages and using GPS. However, if you intend to use more bandwidth this might not be the solution for you. The customer service I received and the ease of picking up/dropping off at the hotel was great!

Getting the device and returning was a bit tricky but Ana was very helpful. At first the device was hit/miss on connectivity but after a quick WhatsApp text to David, he got it going great! Overall the speeds were averaging about 35-45 Mbps which were more than enough for streaming, video conferencing, etc. I’d definitely use them again. I’m glad this is an option while in Mexico.
